About Us

Our goal is to help you reach your goal. The key is your mental game. Many people think you don’t really need to worry about the mental game until you have a high level of mastery of the basic form of a sport. Nothing could be further from the truth! At Mental Management Systems, we know you need a good mental game at every level of any sport. It is never too early or too late to incorporate Mental Management® into your training and see the results.

lannyLanny Bassham, founder of Mental Management Systems, is the driving force behind the creation of the mental strategies presented in our personal training, seminars and products.

This ranks him third in medal count for the USA among all shooters. Lanny was an Olympic coach in the 1984 and 1988 Olympics and is a member of the USA Shooting Hall of Fame.
